What's New in Podium: Improved After Hours Call Routing

We&#8217;ve released a ton of improvements and additions to how Podium Phones customers can configure routing for calls that come in outside of business hours, including the ability to:

<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Set up a specific after-hours phone menu (e.g. Thanks for calling Podium Air Conditioner Repair. You’ve reached us after hours. If this is urgent, press 1 to be connected with our on-call technician. Otherwise, press 2 to leave a voicemail.)</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Set up a different voicemail inbox greeting for after hours (e.g. You&#8217;ve reached us outside of our normal business hours. Please leave a message and the office will call you back when we open again tomorrow.)</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Set up a different switch-to-text response template for after hours (e.g. Thanks for reaching out to us! We&#8217;re closed now, but we&#8217;ll give you a text back as soon as we open tomorrow.)</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Set up after hours calls to route to a call group</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Set up after hours calls to route to specific phones</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Set up different behavior for after-hours calls for different phone numbers</li>
